Is it too late to change?

Absolutely not! The sooner you are honest with yourself and what you want the better. Give yourself affirmations and reinforce your ability to create the life of your dreams. You can do it.

Where can I begin?

By slowing down. Start a practice that connects your mind and body. Mediating or doing focused movements like yoga. Following a flow whether it be of the breath or the movement.

Why am I not making progress?

Maybe you are? Try looking through a wider lens. Practicing a new anything takes time to perfect. One step at a time working towards consistency. Doing our best also comes in waves, give yourself some grace.

How do I handle any set backs?

Try and just observe the moment. Having the outside awareness of recognizing the unwarranted behavior is where you can begin to change it. Recognize it and let it go. Most importantly try and not be hard on yourself. You are forgiven.

What can I expect from your blog?

I am giving my honest truth that you can take or leave. I have gone through changes that I at one point didn’t think possible. Learning from other great teachers through books and podcasts. Understanding the greatness of what is divine, love.
